Proposals Coordinator
Fawkes & Reece are currently recruiting for a Proposals Coordinator to join a Regional Contractor based out of their office in Hampshire, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable contractor who works across a great variety of projects covering the south coast & southwest.
About the role of Proposals Coordinator
As Proposals Coordinator you will be joining, an experienced pre-construction team, assisting with the bids, submissions, tenders, project packs and questionnaires. Typically, our client works across a range of projects including Education, Healthcare, Residential & commercial new builds, typically valuing up to £20M.
Responsibilities for Proposals Coordinator
As Proposals Coordinator, you will assist in the design, development and branding of submissions documents for prospective tenders.
You will support the team with conducting market research and holding a strong industry understanding.
Responsible for ensuring all documents are quality checked, including meeting the proposal requirements, within the correct format and following company standards.
Requirements for Proposals Coordinator
A creative nature supported by relevant qualification either within Graphic Design, Art or Marketing
Previous experience using relevant systems including In-Design & Photoshop.
Strong ability to communicate verbally, written and visually is essential within this role.
