Job Overview
The post holder will assist the trained nurses whilst working in partnership with other health care professionals, the patient and the family in delivering evidence-based practice to patients and clients.
The post holder will carry out direct patient care as documented in the under the supervision of a Registered nurse and on completion of agreed competencies.
Main duties of the job
* General Medicine specialising in Renal.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
