Floor Manager – Garage Women’s Clothing (Bluewater Shopping Centre)
Garage is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Floor Manager to help lead the sales floor at our Bluewater store. You’ll guide the team during shifts, create a great shopping experience, and keep the floor running smoothly.
What you’ll do:
* Lead and support the team on the sales floor
* Deliver outstanding customer service
* Maintain visual standards and product presentation
* Help drive sales and meet store targets
* Assist with training, coaching, and daily operations
What we’re looking for:
* Retail supervisory or team-leader experience
* Strong communication and people skills
* A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Passion for fashion and customer experience
Hours: Full time, including weekends on a rota.
