TheWorkday HCM Consultantis responsible for leading theimplementation, configuration, and optimizationof theWorkday Human Capital Management (HCM)module for clients. The role focuses on understanding HR business requirements and ensuring that Workday solutions are effectively tailored to meet organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Leadend-to-end Workday HCM implementations, from requirements gathering through design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
Configure and customizeWorkday HCM modules, including core HR functions, employee records, and benefits administration.
Collaborate with HR teams to analyze workflows, identify improvement areas, and proposebest-practice Workday solutions.
Managedata migrationactivities, ensuring accuracy and integrity of HR data.
Develop and executetest plansto validate system functionality.
Delivertraining and post-implementation supportto HR users.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience implementingWorkday HCM(Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, and Benefits modules).
Workday HCM certificationpreferred.
Strong understanding ofHR processes, policies, and systems.
Experience withWorkday security configurationandrole-based access controls.
Excellentcommunication and project managementskills.
