Role Responsibilities of Teaching Assistant:
* Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils across different year groups.
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated learning activities.
* Help manage classroom routines, behaviour, and transitions to create a calm and productive environment.
* Offer encouragement, guidance, and pastoral support to pupils who may need additional help.
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SEN teams, and other support professionals.
What You’ll Bring as a Teaching Assistant:
* A relevant Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience).
* Experience supporting pupils within a school setting is desirable.
* A patient, proactive, and empathetic approach to working with children.
* Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
* Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
