We're seeking a Service & Repairs Coordinator to join a fast-paced team in Ferndown and play a vital role in coordinating repair and service operations. As a Service & Repairs Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of scheduling and communication—ensuring that engineers are where they need to be, customers are well-informed, and jobs run smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities
* Schedule and coordinate upcoming repair, service, and ECO work
* Manage engineer diaries and day-to-day job administration
* Act as a point of contact for internal teams, engineers, and customers
* Make daily courtesy calls and communicate work updates
* Issue RAMS for all booked work and manage documentation
* Arrange travel, parts, and equipment for engineers
* Create and manage purchase orders for required materials and plant hire
* Maintain up-to-date trackers and process engineer worksheets

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
* Excellent time management and attention to detail
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Problem-solving ability and calm under pressure
* Awareness of health & safety best practices
