You will be responsible for
Dual-Sector Strategy Development:
* Design and implement trade marketing strategies for retail (independent retailers, convenience stores, B2B/B2C models) and catering (pubs, restaurants, hotels, event planners).
* Align campaigns with sector-specific needs, such as seasonal retail promotions and menu-driven catering solutions.
* Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations teams for seamless execution.
Customer Segmentation & Insight:
* Deepen understanding of customer behaviors using CRM data and market research.
* Develop tailored loyalty programs for different segments.
* Monitor competitors and market trends to adapt strategies proactively.
Omnichannel Campaign Execution:
* Lead trade promotions, POS materials, and digital campaigns for retail and catering audiences.
* Partner with Digital Team to enhance B2B platforms, including click-and-collect and bulk ordering tools.
* Ensure brand consistency while customizing messaging for sector-specific challenges.
Brand & Campaign Management:
* Maintain brand consistency across all materials, tailoring messaging per sector.
* Develop and execute trade promotions, loyalty programs, and seasonal campaigns.
Catering Division Growth:
* Drive initiatives to expand the catering sector.
* Build relationships with catering associations and industry influencers.
Budget & Performance:
* Manage a multi-million-pound budget, optimizing spend across channels.
* Track KPIs like sales growth, customer acquisition, ROI, and market share.
* Report results to senior leadership with actionable insights.
You will need
