As an Unqualified Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism, learning difficulties, and SEMH. You will work alongside teachers and experienced support staff to help pupils engage in learning, develop confidence, and feel safe and supported throughout the school day. Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable, but full training and ongoing support will be provided.
