Ad Hoc Teaching Assistants – Autism & SEMH Support
Teaching Personnel are working closely with a specialist school in Bovington that supports pupils with Autism and Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
We are looking for Ad Hoc Teaching Assistants who are passionate about making a difference and can offer flexible availability.
The role includes:
* Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
* Assisting with emotional regulation and behaviour support
* Helping create a calm, structured learning environment
Ideal for:
* Experienced TAs
* Graduates considering careers in education or psychology
* Support workers looking to transfer skills into education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
