Responsibilities:

* Assist students with daily tasks and learning activities, promoting independence.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and any challenges faced.
* Support positive behavioral interventions and strategies in the classroom.
* Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff regarding student development.
Qualifications:
* Must have ETS ParaPro Assessment or an Associates degree with relevant experience.
* Previous experience working with K-12 students, particularly in a one-on-one capacity.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students and staff.
* Ability to adapt to varying classroom environments and student needs.
* Bilingual skills are an asset, facilitating communication with diverse student populations.
* Reliable transportation to ensure consistent attendance and support.
