Base pay range
Our standard daily pay rate as a supply teacher recruitment business is £90 for teaching assistants and £95 for SEN teaching assistants. For longer term placements with additional responsibilities, daily pay rate for a teaching assistant could be negotiated up to £100, at the discretion of school budgets.

Teaching Assistant Responsibilities
* Supporting the class teacher
* Following safeguarding and school policies
* Working 1:1 or with whole classes
* Liaising with school staff
Teaching Assistant Essentials
* Previous experience working alongside children
* Knowledge of the curriculum
* A current DBS, or Update Service subscription (the agency can apply for this)
* A 3 year minimum reference history
* Reliability
* Excellent communication skills
* Located close to Devizes or within commuting distance
