Competitive salary starting at £11,000-12,000 per session (increasing after probation) What Your Day Might Look Like: Morning Session 11 x 15-minute face-to-face appointments (mix of routine and urgent) 4 x 10-minute telephone appointments 30-minute admin block Afternoon Session 9 x 15-minute face-to-face appointments 4 x 10-minute telephone appointments 4 x 5-minute follow-up slots (self-booked) 30-minute admin block Additional Support: Medication queries largely handled by an in-house pharmacist team Shared administration of pathology and correspondence Workflow optimisation to reduce GP admin load About the Practice: Rated “Good” by CQC High QOF achievers supported by an efficient admin team Minimal GP home visits due to dedicated Home Visiting Team Part of a progressive Primary Care Network (PCN) with access to: Paramedics Clinical Pharmacists Social Prescribers First Contact Physiotherapists Comprehensive clinical pathways and ongoing CPD support Advanced digital tools: SystmOne, AccuRX, TeamNet Excellent multidisciplinary team including ANPs, Nurses, HCAs, and PCN roles Qualifications: Essential: Full registration with the GMC Inclusion on the GP Performers List Experience: Essential: NHS general practice Using electronic medical records Working autonomously and as part of a team QOF and clinical audit Understanding of clinical risk management and clinical governance Desirable: Experience using SystmOne What We Offer: Continued professional development and support A friendly, collaborative team environment Daily clinical supervision and mentorship Streamlined admin processes to allow you to focus on patient care Opportunities to get involved in audits, quality improvement and innovation Interested?
