<div><h3>Job Details</h3><p><b>Job Title:</b> Health and Social Care Assessor (Trainee or Qualified)</p><p><b>Location:</b> Crawley and surrounding areas - Home/Field based</p><p><b>Salary:</b>£27,000 - £30,000 + BONUS of up to £12k per annum (Salary dependent on role)</p><p><b>Type:</b> Full Time, Permanent</p><h3>Essential Criteria</h3><ul><li>This opportunity is open to an unqualified Assessor candidate who is seeking a new opportunity away from hands‑on care, to train and become an Assessor of Health and Social Care Apprenticeships!</li><li>Must have experience of working at Senior level or above within an Elderly care setting.</li><li>Confident to deliver Maths and English Functional Skills.</li><li>Happy to conduct online remote assessments - and face to face when required.</li><li>Must have a good level of ICT skills.</li><li>Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.</li><li>Must be flexible with travel.</li></ul><h3>Duties</h3><ul><li>Assess and support learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care (Level 3 or 5).</li><li>Deliver training and support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.</li><li>Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.</li><li>Organise and maintain documentation on learners progress.</li><li>Support, advise and motivate learners.</li><li>Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learners needs.</li><li>Meet Assessor KPIs in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.</li></ul></div>
