As a Content Moderator, you will be tasked with reviewing and managing user-generated content to ensure it complies with our community guidelines, thereby ensuring a positive experience for our Polish-speaking users. Key Responsibilities Moderate and assess user-generated content in Polish to ensure adherence to community standards. Accurately categorize content based on established moderation policies. Identify, evaluate, and report inappropriate content or violations. Provide insights on content trends and user engagement to help refine moderation practices. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the effectiveness of moderation processes. Stay updated on industry trends and company policies regarding content moderation. Requirements Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in content moderation or similar roles is preferred. Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently apply moderation guidelines. Excellent communication skills for articulating moderation decisions effectively. Ability to handle sensitive content professionally and with discretion. Familiarity with digital platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous.
