Interim Registered Manager - Learning Disabilities Service
Responsibilities
* Role: The Interim Registered Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring that individuals with learning disabilities receive safe, person-centred support.
* Lead and motivate staff teams to deliver high-quality care
* Uphold CQC standards and internal policies
* Maintain robust safeguarding and risk management practices
* Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and external agencies
* Drive continuous improvement and prepare for inspections or audits
Requirements
* Proven track record as a Registered Manager in adult social care
* Strong understanding of learning disabilities and complex needs
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Turnaround experience desirable
