Expected compensation: 45.00 - 50.00 USD Per Hour HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire a Tooling and Logistics Coordinator to join its team. In this role, you will partner with tooling engineers and sourcing managers to develop dashboards and reports, as well as coordinate with suppliers to monitor timing reports for the manufacturing of tooling for the company's robot platform. The ideal candidate is highly organized with a strong track record of effective communication and cross-functional collaboration. We're looking for candidates who excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously and are proficient in both Google Suite and Microsoft Suite, using advanced data analysis and formula implementation. As a Tooling And Logistics Coordinator, You'll Provide comprehensive documentation support for the tooling department. Liaise with suppliers to collect and transfer data to the company reporting systems in Google Docs. Develop dashboards for presentations and reports to the tooling team and departmental management. Contribute to the automation of the tooling workflow, identifying process efficiencies and automating key tasks. Participate in internal and external meetings to present and document progress updates and gather key insights. Prepare monthly reports for VP/Director review. Requirements 2-4 years of professional experience Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite for data analysis and formula implementation Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently Capacity to interpret and present data to teams and senior management Demonstrated excellence in communication and collaboration Excellent interpersonal skills Exceptional organizational capabilities Experience in the manufacturing or automotive industries is preferred Commitment: This is a full-time, ongoing contract position staffed via HireArt.
