What you'll do We have an exciting position for a Sales Team Leader - Inside Sales to join our Public Sector Business Markets Sales team. In this you will play a crucial le in expanding Vodafone UK's market share and making Vodafone 1 place to work. You will lead, manage and coach a team of Public Sector Account Managers to nurture and grow existing accounts, handing both inbound sales requirements and generating outbound opportunities. Creating and leading a high performing team to deliver our sales charter KPI's. Generating the required amount of activity, customer engagement and pipeline to achieve 3x target cover or appropriate to your own / your own team members conversion ratios. Achieve customer satisfaction measures/metrics to drive positive customer experience via your team. Delivery mth, qtr, annual sales target(s) specific to STL role, which is a roll up of your sales team. Effective coaching and development of individuals within your team. Using Vodafone frameworks and methodologies to guide you. Effective performance management where applicable to drive positive outcomes. Ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment where team members can bring the best version of themselves to work daily. Who you are Direct experience as a Sales Manager in technology, consultancy or professional services sectors as an within the SMB market. Demonstrative track record of success in delivering new business targets. Preferred track record of professional development, performance management and coaching of teams, using applicable methodologies. Virtual team/stakeholder management/mentoring experience will also be considered if applicable. Commercially astute. Ability to build ROI and business cases through great understanding of customer objectives and challenges linked to their strategic goals. Ability to demonstrate strategically selling and execution of sales plans. Assessing addressable opportunity and then how this was converted into results.
