Description
At System C, our mission is to enhance and transform social care outcomes by delivering high-quality case management software. As a Bid Content Assistant, known internally as Functional Bid Content Curator, you will contribute to that mission by selecting and curating our most effective bid content – focused on the functional aspects of our adults, children's, and education case management platforms – and importing it into our bid library tool. This process will empower our team to produce initial draft tender responses more efficiently and rapidly.
The opportunity
As part of the Social Care & Education Division's (SC&E) Bid Team, you will be responsible for reviewing, organising, and curating functional content drawn from previous tender responses. These tenders focus primarily on three core software platforms, which support Local Authorities in managing adults' and children's social care, as well as education case management. You will categorise material into topics, covering the user experience, accessibility, portals, AI capabilities, and functionality for processes such as contact and referrals, financial assessments, and reporting. Collaborating closely with the Bid Team, you will curate this content within a SharePoint staging environment, ensure it is correctly styled and formatted, and subsequently import it into the bid library tool.
What You'll Do
Curate functional responses from previous adults, children's, and education tenders within a dedicated SharePoint staging area, adhering to the process established by the Bid Manager.
Organise and align curated content in the staging area according to the agreed bid library structure.
Ensure all content is accurately styled and formatted.
Import the prepared material into the organisation's bid library tool.
Assist the team in enhancing the bid library tool and support the creation of initial draft tender responses during the second and third months of the contract.
About You
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, including mastery of styles, converting tables to text, and anchoring images, alongside strong Excel capabilities.
Good attention to detail, with strong methodological skills that will enable a systematic and accurate approach to content management.
Highly organised and proactive, able to work independently and remain effective under tight deadlines.
Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and compelling content with careful attention to structure and potential for reuse.
Why System C?
We're one team with big ambitions and a friendly, supportive culture. You'll find flexibility and development, plus benefits that support your financial, personal and professional wellbeing.
