Facilitate planning and review meetings, contributing to resource and budget management. Engage with adults using services, taking into account their needs, wishes, and feelings to formulate effective support plans. Maintain and review social work interventions and plans, promoting independence through Direct Payments and Personal Budgets. Develop community resources and maintain awareness of local groups and networks that enhance service outcomes. Apply a deep understanding of the legislative framework affecting Adult Social Care, communicating these issues to other professionals and agencies.
