Inventory Team Leader Location: Reading, UK
Salary: £35,100 p/a
Hours: Monday Friday, 3:00 PM 11:30 PM (40 hours per week)
Were looking for a motivated and detail-driven Inventory Team Leader to oversee our late shift operations. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on ensuring stock accuracy, efficient warehouse processes, and team performance.
What Youll Be Doing as an Inventory Team Leader : Lead inventory, receiving, and kitting operations
Ensure accurate stock records through cycle counts and audits
Resolve discrepancies and drive process improvements
Support team development and maintain 6S standards
What Were Looking For in the Inventory Team Leader: Minimum 1 year in inventory or warehouse operations
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Confident using ERP systems; forklift license a plus
Clear communicator with a proactive mindset
