Who We're Looking For: 2 years of recent experience as an Auto Body/Collision Estimator ICBC estimating experience is required Strong technical knowledge of collision repairs and parts Excellent customer service and communication skills Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, and DMS/CRM systems (PBS, CDK, MPI or similar) Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment Schedule: Full-Time; Permanent Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 per year What You’ll Do: Prepare accurate collision repair estimates for customers and insurance partners Inspect vehicles, document damage, and determine required repairs Communicate clearly with customers throughout the repair process Create repair orders and update files in DMS/estimating systems Review estimates, invoices, and final repairs with customers Coordinate towing, insurance requirements, and repair timelines Ensure proper tagging, documentation, and vehicle intake procedures Perform visual inspections before and after repairs for accuracy Apply Now and take the next step in your career with one of Canada's Best Managed Companies!
