The Podiatry Department is responsible for treating foot problems and promoting foot health. We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Clinic Assistant/Administrator to support podiatrists in our community clinics in Banbury and Chipping Norton.
Responsibilities
* Arranging patient appointments, responding to telephone and postal enquiries, ordering supplies and assisting patients who attend for treatment.
* Preparing the rooms and equipment used by the podiatrist.
* Assisting the podiatrist during nail surgery sessions.
* Performing general administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
* Excellent organisational skills and a caring attitude.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
* Experience working with the elderly and in an NHS setting is an advantage.
* IT literate and comfortable using office software.
* Full valid driving licence and vehicle access for work.
