Location
We are recruiting for graduates in the following locations: Guildford, Basingstoke, Bristol, Manchester, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Birmingham, Cardiff, London, Cambridge, Liverpool or Hertford.
Role Overview
As a Graduate in Planning and Development (Civils Design), you will work on exciting, innovative projects across defence, energy, residential and logistics & distribution, with genuine opportunities for career progression. You will be part of a collaborative environment, applying your skills for a diverse range of clients and projects.
Projects
* Omega Development Warrington – Largest mixed‑use development in the North‑West
* Monklands Hospital
* Eden Project
* York Central
Day‑to‑Day Activities
* Master planning, concept and detailed civil engineering designs including highway, earthworks, surface water drainage and foul water drainage.
* Utility services coordination.
* Completing design calculations and drawing outputs.
* Production of engineering reports and specifications.
* Attending design team meetings.
Graduate Development Programme
Our two‑year programme supports personal and professional growth through blended learning, core business and professional skills training, career development workshops, networking opportunities, mentoring for professional registration, and a breadth of on‑the‑job experience.
Qualifications
Graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant degree (Bachelor or Master). Passion for engineering and consulting, interest in the built environment, infrastructure, places and economy, enthusiasm for creativity, drive to solve problems, and a desire to inspire new ideas.
