Duties of the Service Advisor include:
11. Greeting customers and providing a welcoming initial point of contact
12. Booking service appointments and managing the diary efficiently
13. Upselling and promoting additional services in line with customer needs
14. Processing paperwork accurately according to brand and dealership guidelines
15. Maintaining the dealership’s professional image and delivering outstanding customer service
Candidate requirements for the Service Advisor role:
16. Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a motor trade environment
17. Full UK driving licence
18. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
19. Knowledge of automotive service processes and excellent customer relationship management skills
20. Motivated with a desire to grow and enhance their skill set
