Red Rock Partnership is delighted to be working with a well-established business based in Lincoln who are currently on the lookout for a Senior Sales Administrator to join their busy team on a permanent basis.
About the Role:
To assist in the development and efficient operation of all sales processes and provide full administrative and operational support to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Deal directly with inbound phone calls and emails from customers remaining professional at all times.
Produce necessary paperwork for quotes using the ERP computer system.
Manage the receipt and processing of customer orders, ensuring they comply with requirements in terms of product, quantities, price, order number, delivery details, and invoicing.
Produce necessary paperwork for despatch of orders and coordinate with relevant teams for seamless order fulfilment.
Provide administrative support to the sales divisions, including maintaining quotations, records, and correspondence as required.
Produce paperwork and labels for production to replenish stocks.
Guide and support team members, serving as one of the go-to people during the Office Manager's absence.
Generate and analyse sales and stock reports to support decision-making processes and identify trends.
