At Amour Recruitment, we’re partnering with a fantastic company in Waterlooville to find a Customer Account Manager who enjoys working closely with customers and developing long-term partnerships.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering excellent service, nurturing client relationships, and growing alongside a supportive business.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Managing an established portfolio of customers, building strong and lasting relationships
2. Supporting customers with orders via phone, email, and online platforms
3. Acting as a trusted point of contact for queries around deliveries, returns, repairs, and general support
4. Identifying opportunities to grow accounts naturally—no cold calling involved
5. Balancing commercial awareness with a genuine focus on customer care
What we’re looking for:
6. A positive, proactive approach and a genuine interest in helping customers
7. Strong communication skills across phone and email
8. Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks confidently
9. Someone who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team
10. A desire to develop and progress within a customer-focused role

11. Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
12. £26,347 basic salary
13. OTE £33,600 (with uncapped commission for overachievement)
