3rd Line IT Support Engineer | Up to £45,000 | Hybrid (Bridgend/Remote)#128640
Are you a seasoned 3rd Line IT Engineer ready to take on complex challenges in a dynamic hybrid environment? We're partnering with a rapidly growing MSP looking to strengthen their technical team with a confident, capable 3rd Line Engineer. Take ownership of escalated technical support tickets from 2nd line.
Responsibilities
* Take ownership of escalated technical support tickets from 2nd line.
* Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues across server, network, and cloud environments.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of IT services, processes, and documentation.
Technical Skills
* Microsoft Server & Desktop OS, Exchange, Intune, Azure AD
* Office 365 Suite (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
* HPE/Aruba Networking, VLANs, routing, MPLS
Qualifications
* Solid 3rd Line support experience in an MSP or fast‑paced environment.
* Deep knowledge of Microsoft and Office 365 ecosystems.
* Strong networking experience including VLANs and routing.
* Full UK driving license.
Bonus Points
* Microsoft, CompTIA, or Cisco certifications.
* Project implementation experience.
