Property company is recruiting for an experienced temporary compliance coordinator to join their busy team. Hybrid working, usually 2 days a week in the offices in Manchester
Your new role
* Supporting the fire safety team in managing databases, collating information and providing reports
* 1st line responder to internal and external queries
* Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of compliance work are maintained
* Ensure compliance-related certificates and reports are recorded and checked with non-compliances and additional work is identified to relevant colleagues.
* Provide information for audits
* Management of systems for the creation of work orders, budgets and payments
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience in a similar role is required ideally, with an understanding of property management, maintenance and planned work.
o Experience of working in a fast-paced compliance setting
* Customer focused with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong administration skills
* Methodical approach to work with strong time management skills
* Able to work independently and within a team environment
* Strong IT skills
