The Role
In ever uncertain times, protection matters more than ever. You'll be the expert guiding customers to safeguard what matters most: their home, their family and their future.
Using your experience and natural empathy, you'll:
* Deliver tailored advice on Life Insurance, Critical Illness and Income Protection
* Understand customer needs through meaningful conversations
* Recommend the right solutions and clearly document your advice compliantly
* Build trust, long-term relationships and positive outcomes for customers and their families
You'll balance exceptional customer care with strong performance-hitting targets while maintaining the highest compliance standards in a regulated environment.
What You'll Be Doing
* Handling a steady flow of high-quality leads
* Providing clear, compliant, and personalised protection advice
* Maintaining accurate, quality documentation
* Delivering excellent customer outcomes that drive retention and trust
* Managing follow-ups and nurturing existing client relationships
* Keeping up to date with products, regulation, and best practice
About You
You're a seasoned Protection Adviser (You may already be qualified, holding either Cert Pro, R05 or equivalent) who knows how to deliver results.
You'll thrive here if you:

FCA Certification Regime & Conduct Rules
L&C is authorised and regulated by the FCA and is classified as an Enhanced Firm under the Senior Manager's and Certification Regime (SM&CR). This role is subject to the 6 FCA Conduct rules and you will be expected to adhere to them at all times. (See below). Any confirmed breaches of the Conduct Rules will be reported to the FCA annually. Should you apply for a Certified role in another financial services firm then L&C may be required to disclose this information in a Regulatory Reference request.
