General Manager to 75K basic + excellent bonus structure.
We are looking for a general manager to work for a leading holiday park operator. There are opportunities now available in the Southwest of the country.
With market leading earning potential for the leisure sector, we are keen to talk to exceptional candidates at the peak of their careers working at in a senior leadership role (regional manager or GM) working within the broad leisure, retail or hospitality sectors. As GM you will be managing through multiple heads of departments including sales, operations, accommodation, retail, leisure, entertainment and maintenance.
You will be working for a dynamic people focused business that puts the owners and guests as the heart of everything you do. You will be given the autonomy and responsibility to make decisions that are right for the park whilst delivering the ways of working and brands standards where you will be supported by an expert leadership team.
It is essential that you have the flair and passion for identifying, nurturing and developing both internal and external talent and can successfully influence actions and results by being a role model within the business who lives and breathes the ethos and vales of the company. This is a role that involves working shifts and most weekends.
With a basic salary of up to 75K dependent on park, there is an annual bonus potential of up to 35%, benefits include 5 weeks holiday, life assurance, discounted holidays for friends and family and great opportunities for learning and development
