In this education and training role, you will:
* Deliver engaging, nurture-based lessons to small groups and on a 1:1 basis
* Support pupils with SEMH needs, with a focus on emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
* Consistently apply trauma-informed and attachment-aware approaches
* Plan and deliver personalised learning programmes aligned with EHCP outcomes
* Work collaboratively with SENCOs, pastoral staff, therapists, and external professionals
* Create a calm, safe, and inclusive classroom where every pupil feels valued

About You - SEN Class Teacher - Luton
We are looking for an individual who:
* Holds QTS or QTLS (desirable), or has substantial experience in an SEN/SEMH setting
* Has experience working with KS2 pupils with SEMH, trauma, or behavioural needs
* Demonstrates resilience, patience, and consistency
* Is skilled in building positive, restorative relationships
* Can commute to Luton
* Is committed to inclusive education and pupil wellbeing
* Is motivated to engage in ongoing professional development
