Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding occupational therapy care to patients on acute medical wards
* Develop and implement tailored care plans in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient needs and capabilities
* Facilitate and plan effective discharge processes to support patient transitions
* Monitor patient progress and adapt goals as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes
* Deliver education and support to patients and their families to empower them in their care
Requirements
* A degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
* Recent UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist, ideally within the NHS
* Registered with the HCPC with a proven record of acute medical experience in a similar role
