Gateley – Birmingham, England, United Kingdom
Site Set Up Paralegal
We are seeking to recruit a Site Set-Up Paralegal to work in our busy Birmingham team. The successful candidate will assist on the set up of both freehold and leasehold schemes, and support the plot team with enquiries and requisitions. This is an entry-level role, but provides an excellent opportunity to join an industry-leading team of senior, technical setup experts. The role will initially comprise a largely administrative workload, including:
* supporting the team with document amendments within our case management system
* assisting with internal and client reporting requirements
* attending and following up on action points from setup meetings
* progressing a caseload of standard documents such as deeds of variation
* assisting with the preparation of client engagement letters and invoices
For the right candidate, however, the role offers an excellent opportunity to learn the art of site-setup and to develop from the ground up; developing your technical acumen, and potentially, in time, progressing to take on your own setup caseload.
Our Housebuilding Team

Successful Candidate Will Demonstrate

* excellent written and oral communication skills
* an unwavering commitment to client care and the ability to engage effectively and confidently with clients
* professionalism at all times
* adaptability and the ability to effectively prioritise work and to meet strict deadlines
