Personal Assistant to MD

Join Our Client's Team as a Personal Assistant to the MD! 🌟

Are you an organised and proactive individual looking to support a dynamic team in the building and construction industry? We're seeking a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director and Office Assistant to help streamline operations and enhance productivity.

What You'll Do: As their Personal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the office and supporting the MD and senior leadership team. Your responsibilities will include:

✨ Support to the MD:

Manage complex calendars and diary schedules
Arrange national and international travel
Coordinate key meetings and create agendas

🏢 Office Assistant Duties:

Maintain a welcoming office environment
Act as a friendly point of contact for visitors and inquiries
Support internal meetings with room setup and refreshments
Assist with general administrative tasks across departments

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Exceptional communication and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A proactive, trustworthy, and team-oriented mindset
