Salary: £27,709.50 per annum + Pension + 6.6 Weeks Holiday
Overview
You will be a key part of B&Q’s daily operations, ensuring a safe, friendly environment for guests and colleagues. Your shift will be focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences and maintaining store safety and quality.
Responsibilities
* Be the heartbeat of the store day‑to‑day and ensure operations run smoothly.
* Deploy colleagues to support customers and achieve the “make every customer count” goal.
* Act as the first point of contact for customers and colleagues.
* Ensure the store remains safe and compliant throughout your shift.
