Role location
Associate based in Solihull, supporting the West Midlands through acquisitions, disposals, and strategic growth initiatives. You will gain hands-on exposure to the full deal lifecycle—origination, analysis, and execution—while developing your technical and commercial skills in a high-performance environment.
Responsibilities
* Conduct financial, commercial, and market analysis to support deal origination and execution
* Prepare valuations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation
* Liaise with buyers, sellers, and investors across a range of sectors
* Represent the firm at industry events and build your professional network
* Collaborate with senior colleagues on live transactions and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
* ACA, CFA, or Master’s in Finance (or equivalent qualification)
* 2–4 years’ experience in M&A, corporate finance, or a commercially focused role with deal exposure
* Strong analytical mindset and commercial acumen
* Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within a dynamic team
