One to One Teaching Assistant - Woodfield Education Centre @ Carrington
Salary: S3 point 1, pro-rata salary £17,442 (FTE £24,330)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 30 hours per week, 08:40 – 15:20 with 30 minute lunch break / 39 weeks per year, term time only
Start Date: September 2026
We are looking to appoint a dedicated One to One Teaching Assistant to support pupils within our specialist satellite provision based at Woodfield Education Centre @ Carrington, working closely with teaching staff and the wider multidisciplinary team.
Woodfield Education Centre @ Carrington (WEC@C) is a specialist satellite provision for pupils with Learning and Additional Needs, based within a mainstream secondary setting. This is an exciting opportunity to support a young person within an inclusive, nurturing and ambitious environment.

The successful candidate will support learning, wellbeing and engagement for an individual pupil, working closely with teaching staff and wider professionals.
Experience supporting pupils with SEND is desirable.
