Health & Safety Advisor – 3‑Month Contract Location: Midlands based, UK travel Rate: £(Apply online only)/day(inside IR35) Start: Immediate Assured Safety Recruitment is supporting a leading clinical services organisation in appointing an experienced Health & Safety Advisor for an initial 3‑month contract. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment and is confident delivering a high‑quality, compliant and proactive health and safety service. Responsibilities Support delivery of the organisation’s health and safety plan across multiple sites Keep policies, procedures, risk assessments and method statements up to date and compliant Carry out regular risk assessments and ensure effective control measures are in place Maintain emergency response plans and coordinate drills Monitor and manage mandatory health and safety training across all colleagues Support and coordinate training for H&S Officers, Fire Wardens, First Aiders and MHFA roles Lead or oversee incident investigations, ensuring root causes and corrective actions are completed Maintain accurate incident reporting through a centralised system Conduct internal audits and monitor KPIs to ensure continuous improvement Maintain the Safety Risk Register and help drive a positive safety culture across all sites About You You’ll be a confident and proactive Health & Safety professional with the ability to influence, educate and support colleagues at all levels.
