Conveyancing Solicitor (NQ–5 PQE) – Residential Property

The role
As a Conveyancing Solicitor in Westhill, you’ll manage your own caseload of residential transactions from start to finish, with regular client interaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Handling residential sales and purchases from instruction through to completion
* Acting as a main point of contact for clients throughout the transaction process
* Managing files independently and prioritising workload effectively
* Delivering clear and practical advice to clients
* Using case management systems to maintain efficient file progression
About you
This role would suit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who:
* Is qualified with up to 5 years’ PQE
* Has experience managing residential conveyancing transactions
* Has good communication and client-facing skills
* Works well independently and can prioritise their workload
* Has a good working knowledge of case management systems and Microsoft Office
* Brings a proactive and organised approach
