What You Will Do You will operate a line/machine/palletiser or support operating a production line for hygiene products, manufacturing products according to fixed specifications and Standard Operating Procedures. As a member of the shift team (on a 12 hour shift pattern - 6 months 4 on 4 off and 6 months 4 on 6 off), you are responsible for the machine's performance. Main Tasks: Work within Essity safety standards with responsibility for others too Run the machine, monitor the process, and adjust as needed according to Essity Continuous Improvement Systems. Consult with Team Leader or skilled operators if required Order and prepare raw materials/products for palletising and install them on the machine according to Standard Operating Procedures Maintain communication with previous and next shifts and others involved in running the machine Maintain optimal housekeeping Support others in operating activities Ensure product quality by regular checks against specifications, rejecting or blocking if necessary Complete all required documentation and data files during production Understand the operation, perform operational tasks/jobs Who You Are Safety conscious Team player Flexible Results-focused Good communication skills Able to follow instructions What We Can Offer You We offer the opportunity to work for a leading global organisation with the potential to advance your career within the fast-moving manufacturing environment.
