Your new role
This is a temporary, high‑intensity, field‑based Business Development role focused on rapidly expanding a nationwide partner network.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding new partner locations (independent retail and convenience businesses) within defined territories. You’ll spend the majority of your time in the field, prospecting, pitching, oveing objections, and closing agreements with business owners.
This role is designed for individuals who want immediate responsibility, clear daily targets, and tangible results, without long onboarding cycles. You’ll be fully enabled with scripts, tools, territory data, and operational support — success wille down to energy, consistency, and execution.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Proactively identifying and approaching potential partner locations within assigned territories
2. Pitching a clear value proposition to independent business owners and decision‑makers
3. Oveing objections and closing agreements at pace
4. Onboarding new partners quickly and accurately into the network
5. Working to daily and weekly acquisition targets
6. Providing real‑time feedback from the field to support continuous improvement
This is a short‑term, temporary assignment and is best suited to individuals who enjoy being on the move and delivering fast, measurable oues.
