This is a home-based position, perfect for someone with hands-on solar experience and a strong customer focus.\n \n What You'll Be Doing\n \nProvide technical advice and troubleshooting support to customers, installers, and service partners. \nRespond to queries via phone, email, and CRM regarding product or PV system issues.
\nSupport customers during installation, commissioning, and operation of solar PV projects. \nWork with monitoring platforms to diagnose and resolve system faults. \nCollaborate with sales and aftersales teams to ensure exceptional customer experience.
\nMaintain accurate service records and escalate complex issues when required. \nEnsure compliance with UK regulations and product certification standards. \nOccasionally travel within Europe to support events or customer needs.
About You\n \nDegree or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Power, or Electronic Engineering (or similar). \nMinimum 2 years' experience in the solar or renewable energy sector. \nKnowledge of inverters and solar PV systems is highly desirable.
