We are looking for dedicated Supply Teaching Assistants to join our friendly and professional team working across a variety of welcoming schools in Norfolk. Key Responsibilities: *Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2 *Assisting class teachers with the delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons *Helping to create a positive, safe, and nurturing learning environment *Being a reliable and positive presence in the classroom *Providing additional support for children with additional learning needs where required What We Are Looking For: *A minimum of one year's academic experience working with children in a school or educational setting *A minimum of five GCSEs, including English and Maths at grade A-C or equivalent, and a relevant teaching assistant qualification or degree *A flexible, friendly, and proactive approach *A genuine passion for helping children to thrive *Strong communication and teamwork skills *The ability to build relationships quickly What We Offer: *Flexible Hours: Choose the days that suit you, from full-time to a couple of days per month—it’s that flexible! *Variety of Roles: Opportunities to work across a range of schools and year groups. *A small supportive team: If you have lost your confidence or feel nervous about returning to the classroom, we will support you with the right bookings. *Monthly PAYE Pay: We do not use umbrella companies for payments.
