About the Role
Are you ready to make a splash? As a lifeguard at our vibrant Splash Waterworld, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a fantastic time while staying safe in and around the water. Your keen attention to detail will be essential as you monitor the pool and flumes, keeping safety as your top priority.
In this dynamic position, you’ll not only safeguard our guests but also promote and organize exciting poolside activities. Your goal? To create unforgettable experiences while ensuring everyone has a safe and enjoyable time!
This role offers a contract of 30-35 hours per week. With our business operating seven days a week, we value flexibility, reliability, and punctuality. You’ll be a vital part of our energetic team!
For those over 18 relocating for a full-time position, live-in accommodation may be available.
About You
We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who naturally connect with a diverse range of people. If you have a passion for safety and fun, this could be the perfect role for you!
To thrive in this position, you should be a strong swimmer with a sharp eye for detail, especially during busy times at the pool.
If you already hold a lifeguard qualification, we’d love to hear from you! Don’t worry if you don’t; we’re more than happy to assist you in obtaining your National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) with us.
You’ll be part of a fantastic team, but there will also be opportunities to take charge and supervise areas independently.
