As a Business Analyst, you will play a significant role in our client assignments. You will build relationships with clients, defining the scope, objectives, and benefits of the products we build for them. You will gain the trust of end users to elicit quality requirements and business processes and deliver exemplary business analysis throughout the full product lifecycle as part of an effective, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
* Active Security Clearance
* Consultant mindset – appetite for working in a variety of business domains
* Ability to work with agile delivery teams
* Ability to build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and end users
* Rigorous analytical thinker, applying to the definition of MVP, epics and user stories
* Able to use appropriate techniques and methods at different project stages, domains and delivery environments
* Business‑focused, helping clients define, measure, and realise objectives and benefits
* Effective communicator who can explain the ‘why’ as well as the ‘what’ to clients and colleagues alike
* Motivated to deliver high‑quality outcomes in all assignments
Nice to have:
* Experience working in the UK Public Sector with understanding of the GDS Service Manual
* Scrum agile coaching experience
* Product owner or proxy product owner experience
* Waterfall project delivery experience
* Active contributor to communities of practice
Qualifications & Certifications
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
* Active SC clearance (required)
