Salary - up to £110,000 + car allowance + benefits + bonus
New opportunity for a talented and ambitious Corporate Solicitor to join a large corporate team in Manchester. This is a senior quasi in‑house role, ideally for someone 5 yrs PQE+.
You will have the opportunity to develop your breadth of Corporate experience, working alongside expert, market‑leading lawyers on high profile, often complex transactions. The Corporate M&A practice is one of the largest in the market, and the client range is incredibly impressive.
The team work across a wide range of complex public/private mergers and acquisitions, both domestically and internationally. The clients vary from multi‑national corporates and financial institutions to early‑stage businesses, partnerships, co‑operative societies, and high net worth individuals and investors.
