Teacher Active are working with a private nursery based in Ladywood, Birmingham, looking for a Nursery Manager to lead our setting with creativity, care, and confidence. About the Role:
Position: Nursery Manager
Location: Ladywood, Birmingham
Hours: Flexible – Full Time or Part Time
Start Date: As soon as possible
As a Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the setting, leading a team of dedicated practitioners, and ensuring the highest standards of care and education are delivered.
What We’re Looking For:
We welcome applications from both experienced Nursery Managers and strong Level 3 qualified practitioners with at least 2 years of experience in an early years setting who are ready to step up into a leadership role.
The ideal candidate will be:
Level 3 qualified in Childcare or Early Years
Passionate about working with young children and supporting their development
Enthusiastic, proactive, and hands-on in their approach
Committed to creating a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment
Confident in leading a team and managing day-to-day nursery operations
