Role Overview

An exciting role has become available as Birmingham Office Manager / PA to Head of Office. This role will maintain responsibility for the day to day running of the office and provide full support to the Head of Office. As Office Manager this role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, from overseeing exceptional front desk customer service to ensuring the general operations of the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Event coordination as well as managing building maintenance and ensuring office compliance with safety and ISO regulations.

The successful candidate will be a good team player, with strong organisational and communication skills, the ability to work under pressure and a willingness to learn.

They will have previous experience of working in a busy Office manager role and be able to provide a high level of service to, and establish rapport with, clients, and Savills’ colleagues. A self-motivated individual, they will also be able to demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and initiative.
