Overview
Forsyth Barnes is partnering with a leading global organisation to appoint a highly experienced French Speaking SAP Consultant to support a major enterprise transformation programme. This role is ideal for a seasoned SAP professional who excels at driving best practices, governance, and innovation across a complex S/4HANA landscape within the Manufacturing and FMCG sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the SAP subject matter expert, leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end enterprise solutions.
* Translate business strategy and operational needs into scalable SAP solutions aligned with corporate objectives.
* Define and implement best practices, governance frameworks, and methodologies across SAP programmes.
* Partner with business and IT stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and seamless integration across modules (S/4HANA Sales, SD, EDI, MM).
* Provide expert-level L2/L3 production support, overseeing incident, problem, and service management activities.
* Conduct detailed business analysis and contribute to the design, build, and deployment of SAP solutions.
* Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to optimise processes and enable digital transformation.
* Manage priorities, stakeholder relationships, and execution across global, multi-disciplinary teams.
Required Experience
* 10+ years of experience in SAP implementation, support, and solution management.
* Proven track record delivering large-scale SAP programmes within Manufacturing or FMCG environments.
* Deep expertise across S/4HANA Sales, SD, EDI, and MM modules.
* Strong understanding of supply chain processes and ERP’s role in driving operational efficiency.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Extensive service delivery and incident/problem management experience (L2/L3).
* Native or fluent French speaker – both written and verbal communication required.
