Role Summary
The Channels Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence and strategic execution across all third-party sales channels at a national level. This role oversees a team of 12 and ensures seamless coordination across multiple regions, delivering consistent performance standards and compliance. Managing relationships with our highest-spending customers, the position plays a critical role in safeguarding revenue streams and maximising profitability.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver consistent operational standards across all third-party sales channels.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
* Contribute to the achievement of national sales and profitability targets through effective operational management.
* Support commercial strategies that maximise margin and customer value.
* Provide operational input to commercial decisions, influencing trading terms and service models.
* Lead, coach, and develop a large team to deliver exceptional performance.
* Utilise multiple systems to monitor performance, identify efficiencies, and implement improvements.
